The landscape is the main topic with which Valentina D’ Amaro measures since years. Realized with a careful and meditated technique, the represented views do not correspond to a particular place but they’re instead a synthetic and conceptual vision of the idea of landscape. Immortalized in a separate dimension without sense of time, they try to characterize the cardinal points of the nature and its structural elements, constructing at last an essential image, in which hypnotic and almost artificial colours are overlapping with volumes and perspectives that has been flattened voluntarily.
