Enrico Astuni Gallery booth for Arco Madrid 2015 shows a brilliant dialogue which connects the unique lexicons of seven artists: The calligraphic signs by Carla Accardi (Trapani, 1924 – Roma 2014); the non-semantic languages and alternative linguistic forms of Carlos Amorales (Mexico City, 1970); the signature style of Pier Paolo Calzolari (Bologna, 1943); the narrative flow by Luigi Carboni (Pesaro, 1957); the “performative landscapes” by Shaun Gladwell (Sydney, 1972); the “dada” re-elaboration of the art making by Darius Mikšys (Kaunas, 1969); the coexistence of pictorial space, museum space, past and present by Luca Pozzi (Milan, 1983).
